Appointment and Walk-In Policy:

• Eyelash Services: Appointments are necessary for eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and tints. For last-minute appointments made less than 24 hours in advance, a deposit is required to reserve your spot. This deposit is non-refundable.

• Nail Services: We welcome walk-ins. To reserve a specific time for nail services, a $20 deposit is required for appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your bill when you receive your nail services. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal for deposits. We will be pleased to provide you with our online payment account information promptly upon receiving your text confirmation that you have read our policy and are in agreement to send a deposit to secure your appointment.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• 24-Hour Notice: Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Illness or Emergency: If you need to reschedule due to illness, an emergency, or any unforeseen circumstance, please do so within 14 days of the original appointment. In case of illness or emergency-related rescheduling after two previous reschedules, we kindly request any proof, such as a letter from your doctor's office or a relevant authority, confirming the situation. This proof should include your name and must clearly show that the date matches the original date of the appointment to avoid the imposition of a no-show protection fee.

 

Refund Policy:

• Your satisfaction is our priority. While completed services are non-refundable, we are dedicated to addressing any concerns you may have. Please let us know within 48 hours if you're not fully satisfied.

• Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduled within 14 days from the original appointment date.

 

Fees and Charges:

• Cancellation Fee: Cancellations without 24 hours' notice may result in a fee equal to the scheduled service cost.

• Rescheduling Limit: A maximum of two rescheduling requests is allowed per appointment.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to show for an appointment without prior notice will incur the full service charge. Two no-shows will necessitate pre-payment for future bookings.

• Late Arrivals: Inform us if you're running late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be subject to our no-show policy.

For First-Time Clients:

• Early Arrival: We advise arriving 10-15 minutes early for your initial appointment.
